NAYRA CARDIGAN is a piece that is wonderfully handknitted by the women's cooperative of Mujeres Aymara in the region of Lake Titicaca in Peru. The Aymara women speak their own language and mostly live of agriculture and alpaca breeding. Through knitting they can show their traditional craft. The Cardigan features a boxy cropped shaped. It's blend of baby alpaca and pima cotton makes it a heavy but durable piece. Wear it to the front or the back.
